Primo Health is a Private Equity fund operating in the Healthcare industry.
With the fully fledged support of European Investment Fund, Fondo Italiano d’Investimento and Fondazione ENPAM and a first closing at 64 million euros, reached in October 2024 we have fully started our operations. The target size of the fund is 120 million euros.
We focus on investing in small and medium-sized companies that are changing the game in four different areas: medical devices and equipment, the pharmaceutical supply chain, private healthcare services and veterinary medicine.
In line with Primo Capital’s commitment, the fund is classified as ex. Art.8 under the SFDR regulation, promoting ESG best practices throughout the entire investment process—from scouting to exit.
